I have been working with convenience auto for 10 or 12 years, they always give me the straight story, and do prompt quality work that directly addresses the issue and they don't try to pressure me into work that doesn't really need to be done. They also treat customers with respect and are invariably friendly. This time, apart from some long due work, the driver's door lock was also not working either with the key or the remote. To replace the remote solenoid would have been nearly 900 but they managed to get the key slot working with just some lubricant keeping my 13 year old audi going and being really light on the pocketbook. The shuttle service they provide is excellent, this time it was actually the owner doing the shuttle, really nice guy! Over the years I have tried many repair shops, some try to get you to do work that isn't necessary, or wouldn't fix the problem. The BMW dealer once told us the entire exhaust system needed replacement for nearly $2000, Convenience fixed the problem with one $5 bolt. Dealers also often try to pressure you to buy a new car by saying things like, " well you know the new X model doesn't have these issues" Also unlike the audi dealer, they also answer their shop phone promptly. Very pleased!
