I've been taking my Subaru to these folks for years, and every single time I am astounded by the speed and quality of their work. And maybe I just anticipate prices to be higher than they are, but I have always come away paying less than I expected. They also stand behind their work 100%. There was one time when my service engine light cam on shortly after I had some repairs done by them. I brought it back in, they hooked it up and checked the codes, and even though it turned out just to be a loose sensor wire totally unrelated and in a different area from anything they worked on, they proceeded to clean the contacts and fix the problem, and didn't charge me a dime for the additional scan and service. These folks do great work for great prices, and absolutely treat their customers right!

Thank you!

Always do great work, often under estimate and in one day. The shop floor is so clean it looks like an operating room.

Thank you.

I've taken my car there a couple of times and I have found them to be a great auto service provider. They are quite honest and offer competitive prices every time I have had to fix my car. One time I had an additional issue once I fixed my sway bar links and they offered to re-fix it completely free (just the cost of parts, which was $20). They are always friendly and I would definitely go back again!

Crazy that I haven't reviewed this by now...I've had to take my car in here a few times and I feel that the service is very honest, very high quality and the price is right. I took my car here for a look-over right before I bought it and the guy said he'd buy the car for his daughter if I wasn't buying it already and he was right - only one easily fixable problem in the 2 years I've had it and it's a 13 year old car. One time, I couldn't start the car and they drove out to my house, sparing me the cost of towing it there--beyond nice of them. Turned out, I was using the old key and not the replacement that I had just gotten (DOH!). I was SUPER embarrassed, but they were so, so nice and didn't charge me a thing. Can't recommend Convenience Auto highly enough!

The shop is owned and run by Lou Lippert, who was a service advisor for the local Subaru dealer for 25 years. He has forgotten more about Subarus than most mechanics learn in a lifetime. He can tell you, over the phone, what wrong with your car if you give him the right information. I recently had head gaskets and a radiator replaced on my 1996 Outback, 170,000 miles. I was quoted $2200 for the repair which I know is a fair price. The repair took two working days and the total bill was $1626 because I had previous work done on the engine and they did not have to replace timing belt, water pump, ect. Convenience Auto works on foreign cars mostly, specializing in Subaru. You can't go wrong taking you vehicle there for repairs.

The fixed our "squeal" within a couple hours of our dropping the car off, and for a fraction of the price quoted by the dealer (and even under their own initial quote!)

I have taken my cars into Convenience Auto on several occasions. My car is always returned to me on time and as scheduled; the bills never exceed the estimates; and it only takes one trip to Convenience Auto to fix whatever the problem is. As a woman, I have always been treated with respect, and the staff answers every question I have. Whenever someone asks me to suggest an auto service business, I highly recommend Convenience Auto.

I have never known them to not go above and beyond my expectations on prices, quality of repairs, explanations, and attention. They also just got some really nice couches in the waiting area.

I was desperate to find somewhere inexpensive to get my timing belt replaced on my hyundai. The dealership quoted me $500 and Convenience Auto only charged $325. They were super great to work with and I was able to really talk to them about what was necessary and what could wait. They were very quick and super nice to work with. I will definitely make them my regular auto shop and will recommend it to others as well. Thank you guys!

Thank you.

The guys at Convenience are FANTASTIC! They spent time with me to make sure they clearly understood my issue and never made me feel like I was wasting their time. These guys are thorough and knowledgeable. They did the job completely, correctly and on time. All of the folks I spoke to at Convenience were honest, friendly and helpful. If you are anywhere in the area, I highly recommend you make Convenience your new home for your service needs. You will not be disappointed.

We appreciate your business. Thank you.
