I came in, having made an appointment on the phone. Chris offered me the best appointment available, for next week, then called back to say he'd had a cancellation and I could bring the car in immediately if I wanted. That's what happened, the guys took the car in right away, discovered that I'd done something dumb (that's my word), fixed it, checked it a couple more times, gave the car back to me, and charged me nothing since no "work" was actually done. This customer service is precisely why I like you folks so much. An excellent experience.
